My mission
As a language teacher, my mission is to inspire my students to discover new cultures, broaden their worldview and, above all, make them more confident in communicating with people from different backgrounds. I believe that learning a new language is more than just learning new words and grammar rules – it’s an opportunity to connect with the world in a whole new and exciting way.
Alberto and I want to make people more independent and help them create new opportunities in their personal and professional lives in the Netherlands, Brazil or any other country.
About Monica Out
I’m a Dutch-Brazilian person who is passionate about teaching languages and helping my students on their learning journey. With Cambridge University certificates and experience teaching at schools such as Cultura Inglesa, CCAA and Wizard, and having completed A1, A2, B1 and B2 levels of Dutch in just 2 years, I am ready to help you achieve fluency in English, Dutch or Portuguese.
My online classes are specially created for those who cannot adapt to conventional language courses, whether due to lack of time, child care or special needs. In addition, I believe that the student-teacher relationship is essential for effective learning. Therefore, I always try to create a welcoming and friendly environment in my classes, so that the student feels comfortable to clarify doubts and make mistakes.
The entire program of lessons is designed with focus on pronunciation, conversation and preparation for exams such as inburgering, TOEFL and IELTS. My classes are fun and dynamic. And if you need to learn Brazilian Portuguese, my lessons offer simple explanations in English or Dutch and cover many words and expressions used today.
